How do I get a refund?
GatSwap's refund policy for fees and boot payments.
Boot payments held in escrow are fully refunded if the trade is cancelled before firearms are shipped. Once shipping begins, refunds are subject to the cancellation policy.
Platform fees (where applicable) are non-refundable once a trade completes. If a trade is cancelled before completion, platform fees are not charged. Members with an active subscription are exempt from platform fees on cash payments.
Requesting a refund
Contact [email protected] with your trade ID. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
GatSwap Credits are non-refundable once purchased but do not expire.
